Well, that was an epic entrance...

Hello old friends and new ones!

I will be getting re-acquainted with you all in 2009 and wanted to start the year off right. Here's a quick update!

I am now living back in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It's been really great to be around family and friends that I grew up with.

I have a gorgeous niece, Sophia, who will be 2 on May 16.

I am on the pastoral search team, the worship planning team and the music team of my church here, MCC United www.mcctulsa.org (http://www.mcctulsa.org).

This last summer, I was the Marketing Co-Chair for Tulsa Pride. We had record-breaking attendance, money raised, etc. It was a ton of work and lots of fun.

Since November, I quit my j-o-b and have been working soley for myself as an independent rep for a financial services marketing company. That has been a really cool experience and 09 is going to be amazing!

I'm on facebook! (Nate Black) Jennifer and I chat pretty often there... she's been keeping me up to date about some of the things going on over here.

I also am in the Introduction Leaders Program with Landmark Education www.landmarkeducation.com. This program has been powerful for me.

I've been traveling a lot lately... multiple trips to Chicago, Dallas and Austin. Going to Chi-town in Feb, then LA in Feb... I have a fabulous girlfriend I need to go visit in NYC soon.

And I'm single... for about a year and a half. And it's perfect. :)

I've missed you all and am looking forward to reconnecting. The work of soulforce is increasingly important these days.

Much love,
Nate

PS: Have a safe & FUN New Year's Celebration!

The idea of you posting more on the forums definately excites me! We've hard many good conversations over the last few months and what you've taught me about the 'landmark education' stuff continues to be helpful. Anyone who has the time should look into it.

Hmm.... this is something we could talk about, I didn't know about this. :)
