2) I have been hated since the day i came out.. by my father, by my church, by everyone.

3) I dont believe that freedom is free. It is something you have to strive for.

4) I am a fighter for all

5) I believe that love knows no bounds.

6) I dont believe that hate is bred, It is taught.

7) I believe that, that hate needs to be untaught.

8) I am an animal freak

9) and I am a sports freak.

How terrible that anyone should express hate towards you - especially a parent! :eek::'(

You're right, hate is taught, and it CAN be un-learned (but un-learning is HARD and exhausting, so it's better not to teach negatives to begin with.)

Animals are wonderful people. Are any particular animals special to you? (Horses, cats, rabbits, etc?)

But I think it would help a whole lot if you could get some support systems. Some friends, in 3D, that can accept you just as you are. Are you independent, have a job or something, so that you can be living out of the house where your parents are?

Megan, there's a wonderful life waiting for you out there, but it doesn't involve most of the judgmental people that have been hassling you, and you will have to find the right place, and the right people for you.

We can offer you our acceptance, and our love, but it looks like you have your work cut out for you.

Gay and lesbian communities are out there, but they are often found in the bigger cities. I wish you God's love, and much success in your quest. Post to us now and then, and tell us where your life is going.

I completely agree that hate is taught and I find that slightly discouraging, but at the same time it gives me hope to know that it can also be untaught.

I look forward to getting to know you better. :)

No i wasnt affected by the ice storm .. but this is the worst winter weve had since like 94'. To the question of how old I am. I am 18 going on 19. i live with my mother, and twin brothers. I found out today that i hate winter, and that I am addicted to garlic chicken hot pockets LOL:lol:

I'm 17 going on 18. (All that comes to mind is "16 going on 17" from The Sound of Music :D)
I also live my mom, and my sister. (Sometimes my brother and his girlfriend too.)

We may find that we have a lot in common, I'm looking forward to it. :D
