Greetings, my name is Percy. I am FTM, in the process of hormone therapy and preparing for surgery. Well... also trying to figure out how to tell my parents. Not very close to my biological family, so it has been a back-burner process. I own my own business (2 of them) in WA, and have the full support of my partner, my business associates and friends, and my church congregation. The only hamper is the time. Obviously one can not fully transition in a day, and since it took me almost 38 years to finally accept that I was fighting the inevitable, I am very anxious to get this over with.
My finance is active Navy (our wedding date is Sept 19th). When she returns from her current deployment, we begin the surgeries. I am very excited, and with her unyielding support, very anxious to become more "completely" the man that I am.
Thank you very much for this forum.

Welcome, Percy. You look GREAAT, man!
I'm Ben, a gay man married to an FTM. We will have been married 35 years in May. He began his transition in 2005. Congratulations on you upcoming nuptials. I hope you're as happy as Charley and I have been.

Welcome Percy! Glad to have you here!
I hope that you'll come back and join in some of the conversations. We need more people from the area (I'm about 30 min. from Bremerton)!
