As yet I have no implimentation dates or plans have been released. There is a 21 day waiting period, set by the court, for appeals to be filed.

That is great news! I read this morning. Want to go to every rally (but here in CA). Some thought CA was going to lead the way (after MA of course). But it looks like some of our less "popular" states are blazing the equality trail. Right on Iowa! :D
