Apparently I passed my 4000th post a little while back. Now, I know that doesn't even begin to compare to Zerbie's 5000+, but it's a milestone none-the-less. :aparty:
Daniel, you're next!
Keltic, you're almost to 3000!
I think we need to send balloons to Zerbie when she hits 10,000. :p

Before the stock market does. Well, O.K. I guess I've got a little more faith in Obama than that.
Congrats, Jen girl. Or perhaps I should say young lady. 18, is it now? :agree:
I'm sorry if I haven't been around lately. I've been down with a bug that seems to be going around. No, it's not swine flu, but it sure made me feel like one, for a while. . . .
Hey, celebrations and salutations. You're only 18 once, so enjoy it while you can! :agree:
Peace, Love, and All Night Slumber Parties, :aparty: Bruce Chris

I'm hoping that the economy will recover before Zerbie's able to get to her 10,000th post, since at this speed that would take another 3 years, or at the new speed 5?
Being 18, is a more extreme version of what I expected. Everything is same on the one hand, but there are a lot of new expectations. I'm more lost and confused about life than ever. I think I'm beginning to answer some of my own questions, but I know that doesn't happen over night. Life's a journey, this is just the beginning. :aparty:
Hope you shake the bug!
Thanks BC

As I told my youngest sister recently, it’s normal to feel lost and confused when it comes to finding your place in the world. I still feel that way, except when it comes to online activism.

Hope you’re feeling better BruceChris. Not that anyone enjoys it, but I hate being sick with a passion. I’m always reminded of the “Friends” episode where Phoebe was trying to catch a cold so her singing voice would sound better. I have to admit that I sing better when I’m sick too. Apparently all that phlegm keeps your vocal chords extra lubricated, but I’ll take laryngitis any day over being sick.

I never got around to putting this in Zerbie’s “Where are the balloons?” 5000 posts thread.
Sorry Zerbie. :o

Psh, if I could spend that... I know exactly where it would go. I would just help my mom out, I'm not much fun.
"UP"? What the heck is 'up', a movie?? I love it!
