It's been awhile since I've been on here, but just wanted to announce that I am getting married July 4 2009.

I do need a few wedding song ideas, if anyone is good with wedding music. I need to find a good recessional song.

I definately have to get back onto this site. Do miss it.

When? Where? How long have you two been together? Was it a romantic proposal or have you been planning it for long? Whatever the story, congratulations to you both and best wishes for a happy life together!!:):weee:

Getting married July 4th in Toronto. I've been with my partner since Jan of this year (I know not long) but since we've met, we knew immediately that we were meant to be together and we get along so well and perfectly. :) We will be honeymooning in Paris and can't wait to see a different part of the world with my wife.

I'm so excited for you!!!! Congradulations.

We just got married last year, and we had my daughter sing for us at our wedding. We chose "Sallys Song Finale/Reprise" from the Nightmare before Christmas. It goes : My dearest friend if you don't mind, I'd like to join you by your side, where we can gaze into the stars, and sit together, now and forever, for it's plain as anyone can see, we're simply meant to be.

It's done in a minor and my eldest is a 1st Soprano, so it was so haunting and lovely, it made all our friends cry. We wanted something a bit different. Don't be afraid to get off the beaten path, the results can be wonderful!
