Greetings!
My name is Chris. I'm from Nebraska.
Nebraska is not a very gay friendly place and after eight years of hermitage
I decided I'd come online and see if I could find some community of faith where the people won't hate me because I'm a lesbian.
Thus I arrive at Soulforce. :D
Thanks for having me and thank you so much for having this site (and the forums) up on the net.
Out here in Nebraska the majority of the citizens tell me that people like myself (gay) are the spawn of Satan.
I'm hoping to find voices that say otherwise.
Hearing that I'm the devil's daughter has gotten really old.

Hi Chris,

Nebraska does indeed have a reputation of not being overly gay-friendly. It seems like some places are much more welcoming to LGBT individuals than others.

Please make your voice heard. These forums are a place where all people are welcomed.
