There have been a number of members sending spam private messages and we've posted a number of messages telling people not to click on to any links from private messages. XanderMann has been banned as have the other names who have sent similar spam. But they keep coming back under different identities. So again, if you get a Private Message from someone you don't know, simply delete it.

I REALLY don't know too much about these kinds of things, but is it possible to just block the IP?

They are coming from a number of IPS sources. Our webmaster is working nonstop on the problem. That's why we've shut down the capacity to send private messages, as well as to become a member of the forums. Please be patient and heed our advice about clicking on any links received in private messages.
