So LOGO's website has full movies on it, and I totally just discovered their "Oh God I'm Gay" section which has a few documentaries about gay people of faith. I've seen Jihad for Love (amazing), but there's also Camp Out (LGBT Christian Camp documentary) and The Lost Tribe (Affirmation Conference).

Does anybody know any other good documentaries about being a queer person of faith? Or just good documentaries in general?

"It's Elementary" is a really cute PBS special looking at different schools that have tried queer inclusive curriculums (curricula? curriculi? :P).
My fave part is when they show one guy in like a first grade class saying "and the next famous gay person we're talking about wrote the music for the Lion King. Anyone know? Elton John" and this little boy goes "GASP! Elton John is GAAAAY?" like not judgy but just so shocked. I lawled. The overall conclusion is that kids can handle it, and no one seems to raise any issues (IN the classroom) till you get to like 7th and 8th grade; you can see the part where children start to internalize what they're hearing at home.
