Thanks for all your kind thoughts and words of encouragement. :love: Just wanted to let you know I interviewed for the supervisor position in 'my' unit, and was offered the promotion this past Friday. :D Still waiting for the paperwork to be processed and the formal announcement to be made, and waiting very patiently, but wanted to share with you all!! I'm very excited and my co- workers will be very happy. :weee: Now, I gotta read that "Leadership" thread a couple times over!!! :rolleyes: :)

Thanks everyone! There is a lot of hard work and challenges ahead - and I'm looking forward to it! The 2 employees in my unit (we have 3 vacancies now) are so happy and excited, it made me feel so great.
