Where can we find more information and learn more about the following statement?

The bible contains six admonishments to homosexuals and 362 to heterosexuals. This doesn't mean God doesn't love heterosexuals, it's just that they need more supervision

I found that quote in a book of gay-friendly quotes at an Indigo bookstore (I think the US equivalent would be Chapters? Or maybe not.)
