Happy New Year

Just wanted to post a message to say Happy and Safe New year to all. You have been great and reading back through all the posts on this board I have learned much!

Hoping 2006 is your best year ever!

Yes, hopefully this will the best year ever and hopefully soulforce can be the reason for some of that.

Thank You

Thank you Joe & Happy New Year too to you & everyone here.

Indeed, it will be a "new year" for me in more ways than one as I have a new boyfriend, Chris, and I hope we will be happy together. He has already made me happy :-)

I may even consider his offer of moving in... a new life for a new year.

Blessings to everyone this new year!

Where did you come up with your screen name?

Sol,
I am curious by nature, and yes, it gets me in trouble, but your screen name is rather unusual and sounds Latin or Greek in nature. Where did you come up with it and what was the reason behind it, if there was a reason?

:p

No Problem :-)

Its no problem & its Latin.

Sol Invictus translates into the "unconquerable sun." Constantine the Great, a Roman emperor who converted to Christianity, identified Christ and Apollo as sol invictus

Since I have fascination w/ solar deities, history, and its symbolism of hope over loss/despair (i.e. light overcomes darkness - the sun and/or Son cannot be defeated).

Happy New Year!

your screen name

I thought "sol" had something to do with the sun. That is so, so, so cool. I love stuff like that. Anyway, have a great day and thanks for sharing.:)
