Well as long as Jay Sekulow is still on the board. In fact I hear "Gay Agenda Two" is 'coming out' soon.

Nice "I am not a crook" photo of Pat. It brings my heart confusing joy.

Shout it out Loud

If anyone has ever doubted Karma before, let this bring a smile to your face in celebration of its existence. Pat's extremism has given him numerous headlines before, and have shown his idiocy; this just makes me very happy that the general public of Christians is waking up from what seems to be a long slumber.

Halleluia!!!! Praise be to God!

We have to keep reminding ourselves that despite everything, God still loves Pat, as well as continuing to remind Pat that God loves us.

That is so beautifully put. God does love Pat, and us. I so glad you said that. We are all part of the "Beloved Community"

God does love all of us. God loves all of his creations, even blades of grass. However, some of God's creations have grown into idiots over their lifetimes; this happens for various reasons. I support Pat's right to be an idiot, up to the point that it steps on my right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. At that point, he has a problem with me. He has stepped on those rights of many people repetitively for many years. I'm glad you have some sympathy for him. I do not. But as you said, he has God's love.

Compassion

Compassion sees through the mess of his unkind words & actions to the child of God that he is.

Compassion will hold him accountable to being the follower of Christ he professes to be.

Compassion will forgive the mess and support his getting out of the mess.

I think that his removal from the board was a compassionate response to his recent words & actions.
