Collecting images for music video.

I just finished composing a song about racial and sexual hatred and bigotry called "If only we were sneetches" which you can listen to here:

(in case you are unfamiliar with the wonderful Dr. Suess sneetches story which is the doc's metaphor for bigotry, treat yourself to this:

So now I'm working on making a music video out of it and if anyone has any images on their computer documenting the struggle against hatred, that you think might be good in this video please send them to

groovecircle@gmail.com

Thanx

PS. One thing I'm having a hard time finding is pictures of murdered victims of racial violence. I have a number of anti-gay hate crime victims that I want to feature, but I want a balance as much as I can between the pics relating to racism and pics relating to anti-gay hate.

A suggestion: Most libraries have a picture or icon file.

A good library. A University library for instance. There must be one near you, yes? Getting access is often just a matter of filling out forms or paying a nominal fee. Sometimes you are welcome to simply walk in and make yourself at home. How do I know this? I'll done a lot of research. You'd be surprised what a good librarian can do for you. Makes friends with them. Many of them love to help people. And the more obscure the project, the more interested they can be.

If this is a commercial project, make sure you obtain permission to use the images you aquire. If it is in the public domain, however, it is fair game. What you don't want is to be sued by the owner. After all, there is something called intellectual copyright.

All done.

I finished my project. Thanks Daniel. I ended up kind of focusing on victims of anti-gay hatred. It seems to me as though there is a lot more anti-gay hatred going around these days and it also seems more tolerated than racial hatred..at least here in the U.S.
