Find out what kind of lover you are

Love Quiz, right here:

http://www.angelfire.com/me/laurabernard/LoveQuiz.html

(It's one of those tests where you're asked to imagine a scenario and every choice 'represents' something. I always take those with a grain of salt, since sometimes (actually most of the time) the thing the choice represents to ME is quite different from what it represents to the test-writers. But they're still fun to play with.)
:)

I can't agree at all with the color of the roses and what it means... but I think there might be something to the different paths, to and from. I think there may also be something to finding your love awake or asleep, but not what was mentioned in the quiz.

Interesting, thanks. :)

The color of the roses means entirely different things to me than what the test suggested, but the reason I responded as I did about roses was just based on what I thought would look pretty at the moment. :p

Exactly! What did you choose?

Half red, half white. You?

In other moods, I would choose (and have bought) all red, or all white, plus various other color combinations, etc. I was in a mood for mixing colors tonight.

Tonight, I choose all white, I wanted all white with one red in the middle though. I love white roses! Well, actually, I love roses. :flower2:

I chose all red. What does that mean?

They say that is means that you expect to give 100% to your relationship. I think it means you really like red roses. :)

I love all white rose bouquets and have given them many times. White represents purity and unconditional love to me, so giving an all-white bouquet is my way of showing love in a pure and respectful way.

Well! Well!

Do you mind if a guy steps in?

I take the long road to love, picked half red and half white roses (becuase Jenna likes that combination), would get them myself, put the roses on the bed and I found her sleeping.

The only problem I saw was that I would take the short road home. How absurd - fall out of love easily. That would mean I should have been divorced, perhaps several times ...

Oh shit! I have been.

What a romantic!
 I don't believe these tests reveal anything about the personality of the test-taker, or at least not in the terms the test-writers determine. To fit in to those terms, you and the test-writers would have to be attributing the same meaning to things.

I am most likely to give someone all white roses if I'm in the mindset of pure, unconditional, unattached giving. It's a form of expressing unconditional friendship, for me. But the test writer assigns it the opposite meaning.

So here's my analysis of Andy's love style:

Takes the long road, experiencing and enjoying all along the way, anticipation being half the process. Stops to enjoy the roses and enjoys them so much he thinks, let me pick Jenna some of her favorite color roses, does so, and finally arrives. Goes to sweep his love off her feet, but not before he romantically places the roses on the bed where she will discover them later. She falls asleep dreaming of her romantic guy, and in the morning, he finds her sleeping and kisses her awake. They share breakfast (I know, not in the test right,) and it's time to depart. He takes the short road home because he's eager to share with the world how outrageously in love he is!!!!

:p:)

Damn,

but you do make me sound good!

You're right excpt for one thing - I actually grow the roses (and other flowers) for Jenna. I wouldn't be too excited about gardening, except that she loves what the garden produces. Becuase of that, I love gardening.

Of course, in this scenario that just might take a little too long.

Yes,that is why I picked an all white bouquet. I feel it represents the purity of love that I have for my love. It said I thought I should recieve 100% of a relationship and do no work for it. Anyone who knows me knows that I am like a lioness and very devoted and give almost to much in a relationship. Good thing I am not with a taker! She picked 15 red and 5 white. Also, the road home was short for me and it ws because I was going away from the person I love and wanted to get there and that was that. Going to them I picked long, you should enjoy your senses when you are in love because everything seems well, lovlier.
