I just wanted to signpost you to an article written by a bloke named Jeremy Marks in 2001...he worked for an ex-gay ministry in London but through prayer God spoke with him and thereafter he changed the organisations perspective... the website is www.courage.org.uk and the article is under the heading of A time for change (left column)...

Don't have much time online to go into what it says - but have a look...the site has lots of interesting articles and stuff...
