Malawi Gay Couple Released!
 

Steven Monjeza and Tiwonge Chimbalanga, sentenced to 14 years in prison in Malawi for being gay have been released:

Yes- I read the news this afternoon, and am hoping that they are able to go to a safe house so that they are not murdered. If they could immigrate that would be a good thing. Somehow, I don't think staying in the country is a wise move.

I hope major organizations step up to the plate to get them out of there!

Jay just read this to me. God help this couple get the hell out of there as soon as possible. I think they can do more once outside to help others inside...with God's help and with ours.

I read about this. It is truly great news! I pray that they can get out of that country, as well!
