For colds I use Zicam nasal spray.
IT WORKS!!! At the very first sign of a cold I begin using Zicam and it kills the cold. I used to get a bad cold at least two times a year. Since I started using Zicam I haven't had a cold in five years.
I know this probably sounds like a commercial but seriously, if you get Zicam and follow the directions, you will get rid of your cold. But it works best if you catch the cold in it's very early stages.
