That is very much how my husband and I feel. We just recognized each other, as if we had already known.
I knew I would marry him someday when I first spoke to another friend referencing DH and I as a couple and said "we" for the first time. I noticed the "we" was an entity - a powerful being, a solid and secure home from which we can both go forth into the world stronger and more effective. We are both musicians and teachers. Both of us feel we perform better and teach better since we have been together. We are especially tuned-in when we perform together. More than that, I feel like we can extend our love and our best selves to the larger world and contribute to the community around us in ways we never could, solo.
I am so happy to hear how wonderful it is for you too. Everyone deserves to be loved. Isn't it great to hear the happy stuff?!!
