It gets easier once you've had an anatomy class.
Did you try any of the other quizzes on the site? They have them on all KINDS of subjects from US history to Celtic myths to dinosaurs. I just spent about an hour playing over there, and found out that I suck even more on knowledge of inventors than I thought I did.
