easy question!
I'd make June into Gay History Month (hey, they've got Black History Month, so it wouldn't be too far-fetched...) where children in schools would study the struggles of GLBT people and their allies across history. Kids would do projects on their favorite GLBT figure or couple, and watch movies of the Stonewall riots and Equality Riders. Pride parades would help cities all across America celebrate. Old freedom fighters would make public speeches and receive awards for their contributions to society....
