We think a hechuva lot alike. Were we separated at birth? Any part of your family from Jersey? I was just gonna come on here and say something similar.
Add to the above: distribution of vaccines, antibiotics, and other readily available in the US meds to the destitute around the world who still have limbs amputated because of little cuts that got infected, and who still get disabled and distorted bodies from polio, and other debilitating effects from easily preventable diseases. We could fund all that plus more with the income taxes that got re-distributed so that the super-super-super-super rich are paying their rightful share while the middle and lower classes no longer have to make up for the shortfall.
And of course - Make all legal and institutional discrimination against LGBTs ILLEGAL by executive order, and see that it's enforced. So that means, marriage equality, adoption rights, NO discrimination in public accomodations or state funded institutions (military anyone?).
