I'm the romantic one of my pair and I think we're both happy with it. I pick random days, like today
, to bring her home flowers, a card I doodled for her at work, a poem, or anything else that strikes me.
She does little surprises for me, too, though. Like today, she surprised me by showing up at my job for lunch. She's come up for lunch before, so it didn't bother anyone at my workplace, but it really brightened my day just to see her. Her hug before I went back to work was enough to keep me smiling until my shift ended.
