"Police say they were conducting a routine bar inspection -- the third of the night -- on Sunday around 1 a.m. when they arrived at the Rainbow Lounge and arrested patrons on suspicion of public intoxication.
They say Gibson grabbed an officer’s crotch and exhibited signs of alcohol poisoning."

This is
exactly the same thing the damn Minneapolis cops said I did when they arrested me at the Y'all Come Back Saloon in 1982. And then in court the cops lied on the witness stand.
Still, we won in court.
Ft. Worth gays can expect the cops there to do the exact same thing. They will lie! But take them to court anyway!!!
