I've just found Toshkent on a Google Map
Sometimes they use different spellings. Tashkent is just south of the bigger country of Kazakhstan. You have many roads leading to your city, and a road that encircles it.
There are districts shown. Sabir Rakhimov, Unusabad, Mirzo Ulugbeck, Mirabad, and many others.
There is a place in the middle of the city where many of the streets come together, but it seems to be a park. It is not a bunch of government buildings. There seems to be a statue in the middle of the park. I suppose it's one of your country's leaders.
Clearly, your country is developed, and developing. It is not at all primitive, like Afganistan is often shown to be.
