The right-wind conservative judges are generally the younger ones who possibly could be on the court for a long time. If we lose, then there is supreme court precedence to battle in the future.
If by some miracle, fairness wins out, however, it would be a great achievement.
I agree that there's a possibility that we could lose big here. But even if this becomes a worse case scenario and the supreme court votes against us, it will only be a temporary setback.
We will win in the end and no laws or court rulings can stop us. Equality is inevitable.
