Hello All, I'm obviously new to SoulForce, but found your site because I was seeking help. My son came out to me a few months ago, and I'm just getting up to speed. I love him so much, and it angers me that he was forced to hide himself from me and his family so long. He believed our faith in Christ was greater than our belief in him, so he hid. He contemplated suicide on a couple of occasions. We are grateful to God, he never carried out that mission.
In any case, I came across a site called
www.RantRave.com which could be a great vehicle for posts in support of your efforts and others. Unfortunately, there's one self-proclaimed Christian minister who seems to have taken over the site and continues to jam his hate-speak down everyone's throats in the name of the Bible, God, and Jesus.
Here is an example of a post he wrote recently basically bashing the "It Gets Better" Project.

I just don't think I know enough or am strong enough yet, to write contrary pieces to his. People on the site are trying, bless their hearts, but he's getting thousands of hits and making money off his hate speech.
So, I thought I would ask if there are people out there willing to join the site, and start putting counter commentaries to this gentlemen as well as posting raves as to the great stuff this organization is doing!
