I read this scripture from Matthew and can't help to think about the relationship I have with my companion. I realize that Christ is referring to a Man and Woman, but I can't believe that it is exclusively for straight people. I know without a doubt that God has joined me to my husband and I wonder why others would try to say otherwise. As far as I am concerned, if others try to separate us, aren't they the ones who are in violation?
