Default Thanks, Huck!

from the interview at Beliefnet:

did you leave any of the stereotypes out of this one? polygamy, pedophilia, and bestiality; nope, looks like you've got all the bases covered

He didn't compare marriage equality to alcoholism.

Yet.

I'd also like to know how he goes from two men or two women getting married, to laws giving animals the legal right to sign marriage contracts.

And then I'd like to know how he goes from that logic to the idea that he's somehow qualified to ensure the safety of some 300 million Americans.

Anybody?

Arrow What a dumb huck!

I guess he didn't get the memo.

Evangelicals are supposed to deliver the Republican party votes, not actually run.

Arguments such as this are totally unrealistic and unreasonable. It amazes me that people actually agree with opinions along these lines. To lump marriage between a person and an animal (or adult and child) is so utterly asinine one would think the person saying this would lose all credibility. But there are those who buy into it. I just don't get it.

Excuse me, Huck, but wasn't it a few years ago when a woman in Florida actually married a dolphin? She had on the white dress, the flowers and went to the park where this fish was kept and had an actual ceremony and kissed it. Not kidding. I thought,"Now isn't that something! A dumbass woman can marry a dolphin for heaven's sake, but gay people can't get married?!!!!"

So, Huck, that marriage is legal but mine isn't. He is a self righteous SOB!!!!
