I am a 21 year old lesbian female identified college student. I am a senior this year at Keuka College and will be graduating with my Bachelors in Sociology in May. I really joined this site because i'm a huge LGBT activist and would love nothing more to start a professional career in activism. Its a major dream of mine to be an equality rider and to help in the movement for peace. I'm also hoping that this site might lead me to some networking connections leading to people, career oppertunities, volunteer work and political action that might be of interest to me. I have alot of experience and have been doing this for four years now, i just hope that i can meet some people who can help me get my foot in the professional door.
thanks ![]() meg |

Welcome Meg!
I don't know much about activism on the professional level, but that sounds wonderful! You should definately look into signing up for the Equality Ride at some point! I can't find an exact link that could help you with that... but if you are interested and can't figure it out, I'm sure another forum member could point you in the right direction. I hope to see you around the forums!
