Prayer Request

Hey gang,

Just checking in and wondering if you all could be praying for me. I just graduated on saturday so i'm happy about that, but i have been struggling a lot with issues revolving around being spritually abused for so long. It has really hindered my relationship with God and I am trying to work though them. Also I started medschool in roanoke yesterday and i work fulltime so i have not had any time to breath and i'm kinda stressed. I don't really have anyone that is near by to talk to because most of my friends are either home for the summer or back in my hometown.

The answers and guidance will come to you, just take some breaths, focus on the moment, be with it, and listen to the truth of your heart and soul. I can very much relate to your situation. So often it is hard to take the time to take care of myself, especially when I am in need of healing. Sometimes life feels like one thing after another. Even though there is much going on in your life right now, I hope you set aside a certain amount of time each day to be with yourself and find that breath again! I know that for me, it's in exactly these times (when I pause my excessive action,seeking,striving,doing) that God seems to seek me out and fold me in a deep and loving peace.

Thanks everyone for the prayer and encouragement. I was suppose to be studying today but i really needed to just meditate and contemplate the truth of who God is and how i view him in light of my past experiences and i'm actually getting some clarity so that's a good thing.

I'm far from the goal so continue to pray.
