This video made me weep just last night. My sociology professor had me watch it since I missed the class where she played it. I wish it could be played in all the schools. Teens need examples they can look to of GLBTQ adults who are living happy, healthy lives with the people they love and the respect of their communities. They need positive role models, like Joel Burns. Yesterday I didn't know who he was, but he's a man I have a profound amount of respect for. He put his money where his mouth was when actually gave his home phone number.

Wow. That's about all I can say. That was awesome. God bless you, Joel! Thanks so much for posting this, Rick!

I had heard so much about this but just watched it for the first time. I wish that everyone could see that and hear those words. Each and every person must know that life's darkest moments, we promise, it gets better.
