My name is Bob!!!!
I'm niether Gay or Straight. I'm Just me. I don't label myself like others do. Yes i have a relationship with God. But i don't believe in religion itself. I do attend a local church. But mostly for fellowship reasons. I am an avid fly fishermen. I only Focous on 3 priorities in my life God, Family & Fishing. If i can't fit it in in one of the 3. I ain't foucussing on it. I live in K.C. Missouri. I'm a father of 3. I am married to a very sweet women. I guess i'm here because i feel christianity has lost it's way. I feel it's lost it's love. You see that is my focous as a christian. The word love is what were called to do. WWJD speaks to many things. Would Jesus say hateful things in the name of his faith. I think not. But the modern church seams to think that's it's Ok. My straight lifestyle works for me. But others trying to be something there not causes deep deep pain. I will not judge or attack. You have to do what makes you feel comfortable. We only have one life we need to live for God & ourselves. We do not have time to care what others say about each other. I hope to learn from you all. I hope to offer support where need be. Or if you just need a friend. I'm Here!!! Sorry for typing i have MD. I have problems typing.

Great intro!
I agree gay and straight are labels belonging only to those who give them power. I have the capacity for intimacy with my own gender. I have met men also with capacity for intimacy for the same gender but do not label themselves as Gay. There is a need for love and intimacy without rules regarding gender. Fear and ignorance deny this need from many and from the World itself.

Welcome to the forums! I hope you find some interesting ideas and good friendships here. The Christian singer Ray Boltz has a song on his latest CD called "Who Would Jesus Love?" It's a very powerful song especially considering that Mr. Boltz came out publicly not too long ago. Your post just reminded me so much of that song.
