Hi
I'm a newbie here..it's great to meet people with a very open mind like you guys..i hope we all can be friends here..i am 20 years old from philippines and i'm proud to be a lesbian christian despite of all the challenges that comes through my life. ![]() I have a very happy family life with God but the saddest thing was, i wasn't able to tell them the truth that i am a lesbian and that I have a girlfriend whom i truly love. I am living with my sister here near our school and my girlfriend is my board mate. I was having a hard time keeping our relationship because i want to tell all the people (family and friends) that we love each other seriously but we live in one apartment with my sister. I want to tell my sister about us but it seems that she doesn't like gay relationships. I don't want to lose her because I love her so much. How can I tell them the truth in a proper way without them getting hurt??? I WANT TO TELL THE WHOLE WORLD THAT I LOVE HER SO MUCH!!! AND I HOPE THAT SHE WILL BE MY PARTNER FOREVER...

Welcome to Soulforce, Mariz. I understand that you want to tell your family.I can't say that you should or shouldn't. Only when you're ready to do so is the best time. Perhaps, when you get your own place. Keep us posted on how things go if and when you do tell them.
