My mother needs to be around other gay people, and frankly so do I.(yes my mother is a Lesbian)
Yesterday, My mother was at my uncles house and some jerk drove by and yelled at her,"stay away from my sister you freak!", and speed off. We have both been Outed in this town, Both by relitives who can't keep a secret to save their lives. Which makes it hard on both of us.
Having some gay friends that we could talk to face to face would definetly be good for us. email me for cantact info.

It was about 2 years ago.
They already new that my mother was a lesbian, my aunt Margaret found a letter to a girlfriend at the time and told everyone at the time. This was over twenty yrs ago.
I came out a long time ago, I have been out in Albuquerque( one of the more gay friendly cities in the country) for 7 years,but not to my relitives, then my mom's partner ended her relationship, and having not enough money to stay, I had to move with her. We came her because we have relitives out here in Stilger.
I tried to tell some cousins that I grew up with, I hoped I could trust them, but unbeknown to me they my aunt the same one who outed my mother, and she told everyone basically. Thats a very bad thing to do in a very back water town such as this.

Are there any glbt events happening time soon? I am thinking about coming up for gay pride.
