Hi everyone!

(Really sorry to post a mass note like this, but I"m totally swamped and have finally figured out that if I keep waiting to respond to everyone individually, I'm going to wind up ignoring all of you

So instead, here is a great big WELCOME! to everyone who has recently joined. I'm glad to see you all here, and look forward to spending more time readin' and responding to your posts in the future!
