Approaching moving date ... new job starts two weeks from today. Will be staying in the same town, but have to move houses, as I currently live in an employee rental property at my current job. So much to do and so much to pay for between now and then ... and of course, I'm changing jobs because of how crappy my pay is at my current one. Looking at a little home on Thursday that is, in principle, very affordable ... but I know my always-worked-in-non-profit bad credit history is going to make getting financing a challenge. Money is always the biggest stressor in my life. Why isn't everything free?
