I came across what appears to be a brand new site tonight, called IStandApart.org. On the site, it says "I won't let anti-GLBT Christians use God and the Bible to write hate and discrimination into the California constitution. I refuse to judge, and I refuse to impose my beliefs on others. I stand apart." and then there's a form where you can add your name. There's also a place for comments.
