Howdy everyone.
Hello everyone. My name is Teresa and I am straight. I got wind of this website after being involved in a discussion on amazon.com titled "I am a lesbian but I believe in God, what should I do." Someone posted this website as something that may be helpful and I thought it would be good to check it out. So, that is how I got here.
Just a short history of who I am: I am a massage therapist and a registered nurse. That was very short. Why am I here? I just want to get informed and be able to contribute to the betterment of humanity by promoting acceptance and hopefully to help educate for understanding. This is a terrific website and I would definitely encourage your lesbian pal who feels like her sexuality and religion are in conflict to come chat with the people here. Thanks for dropping by and saying hello - stick around for a while, join the conversations, and let us get to know you. We're a fun bunch of folk - sometimes we lock heads in philosophical argument, but all us regulars have become good friends, and we're always happy to make more.  Massage? I did that for several years - really loved it too. Long story, but I let my registration lapse and while I'm busy with other pursuits, I miss giving massage.

Welcome Teresa. I am an Occupational Therapist(COTA), I have noticed there sure are a lot of us gay people in the medical field
