Talking Vote for your favorite teapot!

If you're in the mood for some browsing fun, take a look at the many beautiful and creative (and odd) teapots available on this site (or elsewhere if you're in a digging mood), and write back naming your favorites.

Which shapes do you like? What sizes, prints, colors?
http://www.theteapotshoppe.com/popo.html

(This got started because Mom wants a teapot for Christmas. I think I have a sense of what she will find attractive, but there are many to choose from, so I'd like popularity votes on the teapots.)

Anyone up for some teapot browsing?

I love the Elegant Pansy Princess Teapot. It's so cute.

I like simple things, my favorite is the solid cobalt blue one.

Mmmmmm, nice choices, both of you.
I like them, too. If I were choosing for me I'd really be struggling, since there are about 12 I seriously like, and most of them radically different from each other. Some of the white ones have such elegant shapes! I love the princess shapes with floral patterns as long as the pattern isn't overwhelming. Love the blue. Liked the Russian imperial designs, and really liked the antique red. Did y'all know there is this much variety in teapots?

For my mom, she's going to want a pattern, something delicate, like the floral pattern. But like me, she will not want one that's overdone and heavily cluttered with pattern. She might like the pansy princess.
Heheh. "Pansy Princess" There's also one called "Fairy Princess"

Omigoodness, a Judeo-Christian teapot!

Y'all, if you want some fun 'net surfing, I strongly recommend a google search on 'novelty teapots.'

Omigosh, omigosh, I thought it couldn't get any sillier, but this one is just plain wrong!

I liked the Fairy Princess, but I felt it was a little too much.

edit: oh wait I'll be back with something else. The above link was my choice in the traditional category, I didn't realize they had other ones too.

I like the Mayfair Gold Teapot myself. It's elegant without being too busy. If you want a floral pattern I like the elegant pansy princess teapot.

You would have to have a serious southwest theme in your dining room for this one to work. It's a conversation piece for certain.
