My name is Bethany -
usually I'm would begin introducing myself... where I'm from and why I'm here, but I am taking a different route
I am an Aquarius! I'm strong-willed but very stubborn. I'm a visionary and innovative. I am tolerant of other views and able to see both sides of the argument. Sometimes I am inconsistent and impersonal (internet doesn't help with that), but I am loyal to friendships. People who are close to me can see that I am eccentric, which, I hate that label. Oh Oh I am always curious and constantly seeking a mental challenge! When I was younger I got grounded for always asking "why". Yup I remember my dad saying "One more time you ask "why" you are going to be grounded for a week!"
And then I looked up at him and said, "but why!?"
I was grounded for a week, LOL
The profile on here didn't give me enough space to write what I usually write. I am interested in LGBT studies and birth order psychology. Filming and editting are of interest even though I'm not that great at it. Youth culture and animal cruelty cases. Politics and social justice. Geez, I could be listing forever, I have many interests.

I guess some think I'm eccentric. But the crazy thing is that I can name a few people we are more eccentric then I am, haha. So if I am in fact eccentric, I can't be that bad.

Well, I don't think being eccentric is a bad thing. I found your first post to be full of energy. Keep it up!

Eccentric has a nice ring to it. Some people probably say that I'm weird, but I just like being me. I probably share about half your interests, and I used to have relatives in Grand Rapids.

Eccentric does have a nice ring to it! Haha, so some people see the word eccentric and roll their eyes and say "oh boy" - I didn't want to make that impression
Express opinions, oh geez... well I guess since I became a member today I should say it loud N' proud that I do not think homosexuality is a sin and it pisses me off that civil rights are even voted for. It should be a automatic given.
I'm a college student, senior year, graduate in May of 09! Woot! I attend a small conservative Bible collge in GR... every day I battle with not smacking someone upside the head for not allowing me to be open about my amazing relationship but they can flaut their engagement rings and have a happy dilly-dally day.
OK so it's not that bad, I have an amazing family that fully supports me and my girlfriend of one year. And I have an amazing church in which the pastor & community welcomes gay couples. I just have a huge burden for others and I know not everyone has it as easy as me.
Softball, love softball... but I have never played on a team before. I have played basketball, soccer, rugby (just practices, never games)...and ran track. I enjoy watching any sport, it just fascinates me what people can do!

Welcome to the site, Bethany. Eccentricity means different things to different people. They have contributed much to the advancement of our world. Being somewhat eccentric myself, I've always been drawn to people and things outside the ordinary. What kind of films do you make?

Thanks BruceChris I remember when I was in junior-high and I would never smile showing my teeth... I look back at pictures and think "WHY! did I do that!" LOL!
Now I think showing teeth looks more genuine... haha I don't know where I am going with this - anyway, so thanks for the smile comment!
