Redneck's update Living in the city, ugh.

Hi y'all. I know it's been a long time since I've been here. We finally had to sell the beasts and move into the city. My wife is a nurse and got a good job out of state so I followed her. Long story short, the economy made it hard for people to afford luxury items like pastured pork any more. We got to where we were bleeding money trying to feed everybody. So we sold all the beasts and moved to a big ol' metro area. We are going to spend a couple years making money and eating ramen noodels then get somemmore land.
But don't worry. I am still a big ol' redneck and wear camo britches and love bluegrass. I will never stop being a country woman if I live in the big ol' city.
I can''t have hogs here but there are places to grow veggies so it'll be ok. I am currently on the computer at the lefty cyber cafe/bookstore/coffee house. Cities have their bright spots.
