Blech I thought spring was here! It is cold today and gloomy and raining. At least I have a DVD player and NEtflix.

I actually really like rainy days: I like falling asleep to the rhythmic trickle, I like sitting on the porch to watch lightening storms, and when the mood strikes me I'm not above going out and frolicking (you're never too old to frolick!).
When it's cold and rainy, I definitely want to stay in (DVDs are good), but I still love the sound of it. It also makes for good tea-and-reading weather.

I'm with you Alecto. I love rainy stormy days for all the same reasons. I wouldn't want them ALL THE TIME, but I do love them.

And I think I might have been in a "glass-quarter-full" kinda mood too, but yeah. (Cause the COLD is still COLD and it's bothering me today)

I think it's like dancing with no music?
:: pauses to look it up:: m-w.com: "To play and run about happily". Maybe it's like the radical faeries: if you think you're frolicking, you probably are. Last edited by Alecto; 04-24-2009 at 01:32 PM. Reason: :p turns into a smiley |

If you've ever seen little tiny baby lambs or kids or piglets running around jumping and twisting in the air you have seen frolicking.

It was 71 degrees here today in New York. It's suppose to be in the 80's over the next three days. Spring can be like Jekyll and Hyde; sunny and warm one day, cold and rainy the next.
