Default Where do you find comfort?

In this economy and life in general, there are always hard times.... if we're lucky those days are few and far between.

Where do you find comfort?
In the arms of a loved one...
A few moments to yourself, just sitting in peace...

After a challenging day, I found myself here. Which isn't necessarily my first choice, but I felt better after reading for a while.

I generally find solace in my work. (Writing and/or drawing my graphic novel, at the moment.) I'd love to find it in the arms of a loved one, but unfortunately those have mostly ditched me since I came out.

I find comfort with my partner driving around or just sitting and doing nothing. When she is working and I am by myself I have animals. My dog like to spoon behind me and put her head on my shoulder. From the front it looks like I have two heads, One human head and one dog head . Sometimes I can lay down and say "two heads" and she will come and lay down with me with her head like that. It's the only trick she knows.

In time that will change, there is at least one person out there for each of us to love and be loved bye.

In the mean time, writing and drawing are wonderful things as well.

That's wonderful
Between you partner and your dog, it sounds like you always have something you can count on.

Smile What Brings Me Comfort

Being alone when I can't be with my friends; working on my Journal; my doll hobby; praying; and attending my favorite church when my neighbor's dad visits for the weekend from Roswell.
