The thing you are asking people to do can be quite risky. It might make it easier for people to make themselves vulnerable to you if they knew who you are and why you are doing this work.

I took one glance at this post and concluded it was fishing for personal information for no good purpose. If that isn't accurate, then there should be some kind of security provisions in place such as a locked survey on a university website page or something similar with ample information about the researcher and the project and how confidentiality is guaranteed.

Without that, I'm going to assume that this request is not legit.
