I am back on my college alum (Covenant) website arguing again, probably because I am a masochistic idiot, but I brought up Jesus' response to the Centurion & his slave (Matt 8 & Luke 7?)
I could've sworn that gay bible scholarship had turned up something homo on those passages. Can anybody help me out? They're quoting 47 Greek uses of pais. Let me know! tj

I have read that one of those uses of pais is that of a male lover for commanders who are stationed away from their wives. I just can't pull up that info right now.
