hello guys!
wow this site really looks great! what a wonderful idea, i had heard about gay christian site's but had no idea until a friend of mine stumbled across it. im 17 and currently undertaking year 12 at a catholic college where recently there has been a huge uproar in my religion classes abuot homosexuality and how wrong it is! And i attend a christian community church(AOG) in the nearby town. most of the class knowing how seriously i take religion and my faith, sort of looked at me to say we'll we all think your gay... should u be here. i mean your not even catholic. and i was a little upset. and i didn't have anything to say bak to them. i mean ppl are always saying you cant escape gods love exsept you can cause your a homosexual. so then thinking christianity wasn't for me i lost my faith for some time and little things in my life started going all wrong and nothing worked out right. because without god my life wasn't compleate and had no purpose. so my music teacher invited me to his church where i regained my faith... but not my pride. so i was hoping you guys could help me deal with the issue of being gay and being devoted to god and jesus christ.

Good to have you here. After all you said above, I think that's precisely why soulforce exists.

Make sure to get Mel's booklet on what the Bible does and doesn't say on homosexuality, at least as a start. You can't win with anyone who truly wants to believe being gay is a choice. Basically, if they're not trying to find out instead of assuming, then they're not interested in the truth at that point, But sometimes you can convince 'em. Speak to their heart. If you have any arguments to deal with let me know, I think I'm an expert on the religion/gay arguments thing, at least on paper or in this case monitor. In fact gimme the worst your paster/preacher ever 'sermed' before..
