Soulforce has a vision for the Community Forums and we want you to be a part of it! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the Soulforce Community Guidelines.

As a growing organization active in the struggle for full LGBT equality, Soulforce is often in the news. When that happens, traffic to soulforce.org greatly increases. This is a very good thing! However we need to be aware that one consequence of that is the forums draw attention from those who seek to oppress gays. Since the forums allow for anyone to register and post content, Soulforce decided early on to develop guidelines.

Content which was obviously anti-gay was posted this week and was quickly removed. Sometimes, however, you will be the first to come across posts which violate the guidelines. Please report those by clicking the Report Post Icon, as shown below. This icon can be found at the top of every post (except your own, of course.)



Also, be mindful of the Soulforce belief that our adversaries are loved by God and that homophobic hearts can be cured. So please let the moderators remove anti-gay postings and don't respond in kind (although you can respond with kindness if you feel led. )

Also, note that we do make room for folks who are "on the journey to understanding and accepting gay, lesbian, bisexual, and trangender people" but who may not have arrived just yet.
