A good example of the politics of fear
Have you read about the Republican Representative from Virginia who has his panties in a knot about the fact the the new Muslim representive from MN wants to take his oath of office on the Quran? Yikes! Let's make sure nobody who is different from us gets into the country and gets elected to congress!

Hey, I voted for Keith Ellison, we need more liberal Democrats
And people like him. And fewer like Virgil whats-his-name. Obviously Virgil hasn't heard about the First Ammendment establishment of religion clause.
