Default Er?

They are both pretty. Why is the Rainbow looking for things? Aren't they there? What about just Rainbow?

It depends upon what your rainbow symbolizes and what you are using the title for. And what if anything you want it to do.

Peace/Love. Where there is peace, there naturally follows that love is there. Where there is love (not the tumultuous emotion, the spiritual kind) it naturally follows that peace is also there. So perhaps your names can be interchangeable?

Hmm, well, maybe peace then? Hard to say without having the entire context.

Here are a bunch of quotes I'm going to try and include.....

All the arms we need are for hugging.

Equal rights are not special rights.

When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace.

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world: indeed it’s the only thing that ever has.

There are those who say to you- we are rushing the issue of civil rights. I say we are 172 years late.

America did not invent human rights. In a very real sense it’s the other way around… human rights invented America. –Jimmy Carter

A right is not what someone gives you; it’s what no one can take from you.

Most people, no doubt when they espouse human rights, make their own mental reservations about the proper application of the word ‘human’.

A right delayed, is a right denied. –Martin Luther King Jr.

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that. –Martin Luther King Jr.

Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. –Martin Luther King Jr.

The demand for equal rights in every vocation of life is just and fair; but after all, the most vital right is the right is the right to love and be loved. –Emma Goldman

This, then, is the test we must set for ourselves; not to march alone, but to march in such a way that others will wish to join us. –Hubert H. Humphrey

We must be the change we wish to see in the world. –Gandhi

What kind of victory is it when someone is left defeated? –Gandhi

When we can’t dream any longer we die.

We become not a melting pot but a beautiful mosaic. Different people, different beliefs, different yearnings, different hopes, different dreams.

I look forward confidently to the day when all who work for a living will be one with no thought to their separateness Negroes, Jews, Italians of any other distinctions. This will be the day when we bring into full realization the American dream – a dream yet unfulfilled. A dream of equality of opportunity, of privilege and property widely distributed; a dream of a land where men will not take necessities from the many to give luxuries to the few; a dream of a land where men will not argue that the color of a man’s skin determines the content of his character; a dream of a nation where all our gifts and resources are held not for ourselves alone, but as instruments of service for the rest of humanity; the dream of a country where every man will respect the dignity and worth of the human personality. –Martin Luther King Jr.

…Look forward to the day when all of God’s children will sing…
Free at last!
Free at last!
Thank God Almighty we are free at last. –Martin Luther King Jr.

Love is what makes a family.

When fear rules, life dies.

We may have all come on different ships, but we’re in the same boat now. –Martin Luther King Jr.

People will fight you. They will ignore you. They will laugh at you, and then you will win.

Gay and lesbians have a more difficult time than we the African American population did. We had our families and our churches on our side. All too often they have neither. –Rev. Dr. James Lawson

We’re chasing the feeling that money can’t buy, the pocket books empty, but we’re ready to try!
